Mr. Amarpal Singh is working with NITCON since the year 1991, prior to which he served with Punjab Tractors Ltd. (Swaraj Group) for 3 years where he worked on Project Expansion / Modernisation of the Foundry Division.

Mr. J.S. Lamba is working with NITCON since the year 1991, prior to which he served with Vardhman Group, Ludhiana for 2½ years where he joined as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and was groomed as a Techno Commercial Professional with one year on the job.

Mr. Vijay Arora, is working in NITCON since 1990, prior to which he served MSME sector for 4 years. Having worked in MSMEs, he is well versed with the work culture and the problems being faced by Indian MSME sector.

Mrs. Geeta Tandon, has 25+ years of working experience in NITCON. She started her career as a Computer Operator and was associated in preparation of various project reports and feasibility studies.

Mr. Prince Gandhi, started his career in 1997 by joining Abee Group of Companies, as Trainee Area Manager and worked till Aug 1998 as Area Manager. Thereafter, he joined NITCON as Project Associate in Oct 1998 and presently working as Chief Manager.

Mr. Parveen Bhargava, has 25+ years of professional experience with distinction of executing consultancy projects for various Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs), Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Skill Development Trainings, Rural Entrepreneurship Development Training Programme etc.
