Terms of Reference

  • NITCON has to put relevant infrastructure for setting up ANM centre.
  • Additional nursing / paramedic classes subject to compliance of norms of the Competent Authority (this can run in alternate shift besides 4O students as above).
  • Skill Development, training and capacity building in Healthcare Centre / Paramedic training, Medical / Nursing /Dental Technical, biomedical engineering, hospital administration and any other medical field skilling, training and capacity building.
  • Specialized training and capacity building for nursing / paramedic / healthcare professional, medical/ dental / nursing technicians

Deliverables (Focus Areas)

  • The strength of resources with NITCON ensures delivery of successful ANM course to 40 students per batch as per plan.
  • Operation of the course including academic resources, logistics, training and pedagogy materials and infrastructure.
  • Plan to address the skill demand for additional nursing /paramedic / specialised domain like Dental Technical, biomedical engineering, hospital administration.
  • Conduct of examination and result declaration, as per government guidelines.
  • All aspects of admissions management.
  • Market communication regarding the course.

Expected Outcome

Agreed to make the centre as professional skill centre in the nursing / paramedic with compliance of Government guidelines in terms of infrastructure and training delivery / outcome

Software development & capacity building for linking Janani Shishu Surekhsha Karayakaram (JSSK)(including portal under NHM for Punjab State Healthcare Reporting Infrastructure for Urban Health and Punjab State Health Facilities.

Terms of Reference

  •  Creation of Punjab State Health Care reporting infrastructure for urban health (Health care reporting platform for reporting health data segregated in wards and to report across multiple dimensions)
  •  Creation of Linking of Punjab State Health facilities with JSSK (for real time governance by linking facilities through cloud-based IT solution)

All aspects of Healthcare Centre of Excellence including infrastructure development, capacity building, staffing, training, development, certifications, quality management as per standards, data management, network, IoT and analytics.

Terms of Reference

  • Land allotted for running the project for initially 75 years
  • Tertiary Care Hospital cum Trauma Centre Services.
  • Healthcare Services, Medical Diagnostics Medical IT, telemedicine, medical record management, digital content management & Innovations.
  • Medical / Healthcare education Skill Development, training and capacity building
  • Ayush systems of treatment
  • Make in India in Medical / Healthcare sector
  • Digitally Enabled Project Management and Services in healthcare sector

  • As per Service Level Agreement.
  • Design & operation of specialized medical diagnostic centre as per QMS/EHS objectives.
